I am a Registered Psychologist, and I have over 15 years of experience helping people to make Lasting positive change in their lives.
I offer support tailored specifically to your needs.
Our sessions can be online or phone from anywhere in Australia or in person from my office in Cooroy.
I am passionate about helping people to learn about themselves and understand their challenges in order to make the changes needed to improve their quality of life.
I use evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT, EFT, Schema Therapy and complement with Art therapy where appropriate (see the βtypes of therapyβ page for more information). I have worked alongside people from all walks of life.
I have assisted hundreds of individuals and couples and have run many groups from private and not-for-profit organisations throughout Australia.

Online or phone psychology sessions can be a convenient and discreet way to experience therapy. Psychology sessions be done from the comfort of your home, from anywhere in Australia or worldwide. Psychology Sessions are easily accessed via a link. Initial psychology sessions are booked via email and subsequent sessions can be booked online. They are suitable for individuals 15+. It is preferred you access online psychology sessions on your computer (rather than a mobile phone) for the best experience.
